I help people rewire their brain and upgrade their mindset using clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, bioenergetics, neuroscience-based tools, and aligned spiritual practices — so they can collapse timelines, dissolve subconscious blocks, and embody the identity that matches their boldest vision for life.

Why I do What I do

Helping people create the life they truly want is more than my work — it’s my calling.

Watching someone dissolve subconscious limitations, regulate their nervous system, and step into who they’re here to be will forever light me up. Seeing this work ripple through someone’s relationships, health, business, and sense of self is everything.

I’m a Little different

As much as I love the woo-woo world, I’m equally grounded in the science. My background spans clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, entrepreneurship, and deep study of bioenergetics, neuroscience and behavior change.

I also blend my passion for biohacking, longevity, and the intersection of mind, body, and energy. This gives my work a unique blend of grounded science and elevated energetic alignment.

The power of the human mind and its ability to change. When we rewire subconscious beliefs and regulate the nervous system, everything shifts: how we think, feel, act, and create.

It’s my mission to give you the tools to actively experiment with your own mind and body so you can create real, tangible results — in the direction of the future you truly want.

When I was in second grade, I really wanted a Nike sweatshirt like the other kids. But my parents couldn’t afford it.

So I made one myself using an old sweatshirt and fabric paint. The next day at school, I wore it proudly. And surprisingly, no one made fun of me.

But looking back, it wasn’t really surprising at all. Why? Because I wasn’t paying attention to the fact that my sweatshirt wasn’t “real.” I wasn’t focused on what was lacking.

I was paying attention to what I had created and wearing it with pride and confidence. And that’s what others reflected back to me.

That moment taught me one of the most powerful lessons about the mind 👉 How your life turns out is a reflection of where you focus your attention — and what you believe about yourself.

I could have focused on what I didn’t have. I could have reinforced a belief of “I’m not good enough.” Instead, I chose to focus on possibility, creativity, and self-belief and my reality reflected that choice.

This is why, years later, I say:
You can’t create the life of someone you don’t believe yourself to be.” That is the essence of subconscious rewiring. It’s about consciously choosing where to direct your attention, energy, and identity so your outer life begins to match the version of you that already exists inside.

My life’s mission is to help people control how they react to whatever life throws them, from regulating their stress response to overcoming self-limiting beliefs programmed from childhood. You can be whoever you want to be Create yourself.
